Senior Consultant
We are looking for open and engaging people who work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be a self-starter with a proven portfolio of strategic, analytical, and people skills. You will be highly numerate with excellent business acumen and a good understanding of different business sectors. You will have first class presentation skills and will be comfortable in leading joint client/consultant delivery teams. Business development experience will be an advantage but not essential. You will have a thirst for knowledge and be willing to learn and take on new experiences. The work will be challenging but rewarding and we will equip you with the knowledge and support that you need to succeed.
The successful candidate must be able to evidence:
Five years consulting or major project management experience with reputable organisation
Minimum of three years of experience working on client sites
A strong track record of scoping and delivering project solutions in complex environments
A good understanding of how to shape and implement complex business change programmes
First class interpersonal skills and experience of managing client relationships
Specific Financial, HR, Operational or IT expertise

Manager

Eight years consulting or major project management experience with reputable organisation
Minimum of five years leading multi-disciplined teams
Minimum of three years of experience working on client sites
A strong track record of scoping and delivering strategic design, HR, finance, commercial or business operations projects for large organisations
A good understanding of how to shape and implement complex business change programmes
First class interpersonal skills and experience of managing client relationships
Good empathy and team management skills
Business development experience
